Cut more miles with a challenging track workout. Started the Yassos with some tough laps. First 4 were hard and last 3 were easier. Major motivation running with a large group. Really focused on hitting splits with the last few. Cut Saturday run by 2 miles to 12 to save the feet for the race.
Continued with 2 day aerobic circuit training with stretch session. Hopefully this will pay off on race day.
