-We gain the most from our workouts when we recover correctly.
-Recover on your recovery days and rest on your rest days.
-Fitness increases when we allow our bodies to recover.
-We concentrate on working on our aerobic fitness because that’s the energy system we use the most (e.g. adding 30-45 secs to our 5k times when we do repeats).
-Two things to help you run better: HYDRATE and more sleep.
