Week Four – Marathon Training Recap

Awesome running week. Mostly hot and humid. Hydrated poorly post run which set me back on my schedule for each following day. Nice recovery runs that were followed by stretching. I feel more flexible and can feel good extension on my strides during my mid-week runs.

Had the most amazing run Sunday. Listened to a mix I created just for recovery runs. It just put me in that special meditative running state of mind. Like my favorite route running along the airport area (the mango trees and rotten mango scent) and Keaukaha (4 Mile and the fish ponds). Good day.
